Berthold B. Rosen World War II Papers

Scope and Contents The papers consist of letters written by Bert Rosen while serving in the Army Air Force dating from 1943 to 1945. There are also five theatre programs from the U.S. Army’s I.B.S. The Dr. Sudha J. Sagar Collection contains photographs documenting Sagar's family, both in Chennai, India (formerly known as Madras) and in the United States. Photographs show Sagar; her husband, Dr. Satya Sagar; her daughter, Usha; her parents, Sivarama Sastry and Rajeswaram Vepa; her grandparents; and other friends and family. Photos include formal and informal photos of individuals and groups. Photos show individuals wearing pieces of clothing that were also donated to MHS.
