The Missouri Highway Department Highway Plans Collection consists of plans and profiles of proposed state roads, which the commission prepared between 1945 and 1971. The plans include sections of Interstates 44, 55 and 70, Route 66, and Highway 40 (Daniel Boone Expressway). The bulk of the plans cover areas within the City of St. Louis, although some cover areas in St. Louis County.

She represented the 59th district from 2004 until term limits forced her to leave in 2011 and was the first openly lesbian representative in the Missouri State Legislature. Photographs show Mott Oxford speaking at various events, including a 2005 debate on Medicaid; participating in a small meeting; and posed for group portraits.
