Scope and Contents The Richard B. Teitelman Collection contains 8 photographs documenting the career of Judge Richard B. Teitelman, the first Jewish judge to serve with the Supreme Court of Missouri and the first legally blind state Supreme Court judge in the United States. Five snapshots show Judge Teitelman at various unidentified events. Two of these photographs may have been taken at his appointment to the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District.
