Scope and Contents

The Circulars Collection is an artificial, or subject-based, collection. The documents have been placed in this collection over the years due to their common document type (i.e., circulars). The collection contains a variety of circulars, mostly relating to businesses, politics, events, crime, publishing, military, and the theater. Most of these circulars relate to the St. Louis area.

Scope and Contents

The collection includes advertising material of the Hy-Mol Drug Co. (St. Louis, Missouri), the National Toilet Co. (Paris, Tennessee), and The Lanola Co. (Paducah, Kentucky). A couple of these items are addressed to Mrs. M.M. Hayes of Paducah, Kentucky.

Scope and Contents The collection consists of advertising and packaging literature printed by the San-Del Printing Company from circa 1917 to 1930. The publications are arranged alphabetically by the name of client/company with the exception of tobacco-related advertisements/packaging which are placed in a single folder.
