The business card includes the address of the Grand Lodge, A. W. Lloyd’s title within the Knights of Pythias, his residential address, and phone numbers for both the office and for Lloyd’s residence. There are a few notes on the verso of the card which includes “1915.”

The collection consists of a printed financial card for members, which bears a red stamp for the National Grand Council. Both sides of the card are printed. The front of the card records the member's name and address while the verso tracks dues payments for two years.
