Scope and Contents The John Frey Collection contains photographs documenting the COVID-19 pandemic in St. Louis City and St. Louis County from March through July 2020. Photographs show empty store shelves as the region prepared for the virus, as well as business and park closures and residents at home during the stay-at-home orders.
