The collection consists of administrative documents, news clippings, tour notes and materials, the institutions calendar collection, and info card files. The tour notes and material range in location and tour type.

The collection orignially was donated with a large verticle file collection that was integrated into the Missouri Historical Societies verticle file collection. Other items donated within this collection that pertain to general St. Louis history or knowledge, were incorporated into the library collection and can be found in the library catalog.
