Biographical Sketch
Robert Bragg Manley was born June 30, 1916, in Farmington, Missouri, to Henry W. Manley and Madia (McKamey) Manley. He attended Southeast Missouri State University, the University of Michigan, and the University of Michigan Law School. He served in the US Navy in World War II on board the destroyers USS McDougal and USS Hawkins. After the war he practiced law with J.P. Cayce. He married Reba Rickus, who died April 17, 2005. Robert Bragg Manley died September 14, 2009, in Farmington.
