Biographical Sketch

Frank H. Below was an accountant in Chicago; a member of the Missouri Home Guard, 1st Regiment Infantry; Assistant Treasurer of Simmons Hardware Company; and a member of the Webster Fourth Liberty Loan Organization. He in died May 1941.
