Biographical Sketch

Arthur Emanuel Miller was born in July 1859 in Michigan. He married his wife Julia in 1883 in St. Louis, Missouri. In St. Louis, Miller worked as a wallpaper hanger before moving with his wife to Crawford County, Kansas, around 1920.
