Biographical Sketch

Ward C. Kloch was born on January 20, 1909. He lived in Johnstown, New York, with his wife Florence. Kloch was stationed in Sampson, New York, at the United States Navy Training Station. After several months there, he was transferred to a Naval Training Base in St. Louis, Missouri. Later on, he was stationed at the U.S. Naval Receiving Station in Washington D.C., where he learned to become an electrician. He died in Ohio on October 11, 2000.
