From the Collection:

The collection is comprised of a site plan, drawings for the spectacle stage, newspaper clippings, six photographs, and a distinguished service certificate. Items date from July to circa October 1956 and are arranged chronologically. The site plan shows the boundaries of the event grounds, which included the Old Cathedral. The City-Country Cavalcade presented the certificate for distinguished service, which bears the logo of the jubilee, to William Matthews, Jr. (1898-1966), Vice President of American Zinc Co.
