Wohschlaeger to make changes to buildings on the property; and a general sale contract from Ferdinand and Theresa Wesloh to James W. and Mary Casey (April 1978). Photocopies of three photographs include a four-generation photo of the Zeller-Wohlschlaeger family dated circa 1905, a street view of the home, and Amadee Wohlschlaeger standing in front of the home.
