Letters refer to Overton Park, the Forrest Park Monument, the zoo, the Yazoo Valley and a concrete railroad bridge, the illness of Kessler's mother, and Brinkley Park. Of interest is a letter regarding the enlargement of the Overton Park Zoo (May 19), notes for design of fence for grazing animals in the zoo, letter regarding the comfort station and music pavilion in Court Square, Confederate Park, and a small sketch and map of park system with proposed sites.
