Board of Park Commissioner: Correspondence with Board President Henry Uhlinger, Civil Engineers W.K. Seitz and H.R. Peterman, references to Bartlett Park, Druggist W.D. Of interest is a report to the Board of Park Commissioners for a park system and the development of Prospect Park (March 25); letters from Sietz announcing the election of Charles Pfeiffer as mayor (April 3), stating that the City Council cut park appropriations in half (April 17), and announcing his appointment as park engineer and secretary along with the dispensement of Kessler's services (April 24); and a letter from Uhlinger putting Kessler back on the payroll as city landscape architect.
