Siloam Springs Gardens, Fishing River Valley: Correspondence with City Clerks Walter A. Craven and W.L. Silvers, C.W. Fish, City Engineer Walter C. Paton, and Park Board Secretary W.D. Flack with regard to a suit against Charles Ettenson about his land adjoining Siloam Springs on which he wants to put a pavilion. Of interest is a letter from City Clerk Craven stating he was instructed by the City Council to retain a landscape architect (February 28), contract between the city and Kessler signed by Mayor A.M. Bates, and one small sketch. Reports to mayor, City Council, and Commerce Club concerning "the development of the Springs Gardens in connection with and as a part of Fishing River Valley,” "Describing more particularly the pavilions and colonnade recommended . . . for erection in the Siloam Springs gardens," and "Fishing River Parkway."
