Mount Washington Cemetery: Correspondence with President of The United States Trust Co. W.B. Clarke, Civil Engineer and Consultant Stephen A. Mitchell, Vice-President of the United States Trust Co. B.R. Clarke, Mt. Washington Comptroller George L. Nellis with payroll, General Manager Reginald Davidson, Superintendent R.E. Fields, Chief Engineer of the Kansas City Southern Railway Co. C.E. Johnston, and the Mt. Washington Cemetery Association with references to Mrs. W.B. Clarke's Memorial. Includes two sketches of plots for sale and a report, "Mutalization of Mt. Washington." Of interest is an undated proposal from Kessler to W.B. Clarke regarding the purchase of Washington Park to convert it into a modern cemetery, a Program of Exercises for Decoration Day (May 30, 1908), letter from W.H. Dunn of Dunn & McKee Landscape Architects mentioning the death of Mt. Washington Comptroller Nellis (September 8, 1915), and a letter from W.B.
