Of interest is an undated proposal from Kessler to W.B. Clarke regarding the purchase of Washington Park to convert it into a modern cemetery, a Program of Exercises for Decoration Day (May 30, 1908), letter from W.H. Dunn of Dunn & McKee Landscape Architects mentioning the death of Mt. Washington Comptroller Nellis (September 8, 1915), and a letter from W.B.
