Scope and Contents The Betty Neeley Photograph Collection contains four photographs collected by Neeley and related to the lesbian community in St. Louis. One photograph shows Neeley exiting the Carter Carburetor factory near Grand Boulevard and St. Louis Avenue, where she worked. The photo was taken by Charlotte Mason, Neeley's girlfriend at the time.
