The Karrasch Family Central Rowing Club Collection documents the activities of the Central Rowing Club, where Hermann Karrasch was caretaker of the clubhouse. Photographs show members of the Club posed in uniforms and with ribbons and medals, as well as rowing teams racing on the river. Photographs also show the team’s clubhouse at the foot of Angelica Street, including members in the lower-level bowling alley. One photograph shows the Club’s first annual Christmas party in 1916....

The Gladys Hecker Myles Engraving Collection contains three hand-colored engravings collected by Myles and displayed in her home. "The Levee at St. Louis" shows riverboats, including the Lady Lee steamboat, crowded around the St. Louis Levee. "Jefferson City. Missouri - River" shows the Missouri capitol building perched on a hill overlooking the Missouri River. "Das Court-House in St. Louis" shows the Old Courthouse in St. Louis.
