Scope and Contents

The Ann Disinger Photograph Collection documents Ann Disinger's activism and community involvement from about the mid-1970s through the mid-1990s. Photographs show early members of the Bisexual Alliance of St. Louis (BASL) and members of Wired Women. Several photographs also show Disinger's parents, Bernice and Seymour Disinger, who had joined her at a pro-Equal Rights Amendment vigil outside the Governor's mansion in Jefferson City.
