Biographical / Historical
Rock Hill Presbyterian Church was founded in 1845 and sat near the intersection of Manchester and McKnight Rd. In 1934 a fire burned down most of the church. The congregation rebuilt on the same spot, laying the foundational stone in 1958. The church closed in 2005 due to declining membership. Around 2012 the church was dismantled, with most of the salvaged pieces being taken to Cedar Lake Cellars Winery in Warren County. As of 2025, a gas station sits on the site.
