Johnnie Mae Bady Scrapbook
Scope and Contents
The Johnnie Mae Bady scrapbook contains portrait photographs from Bady's classmates in the Vashon High School Class of 1945. The scrapbook was reconstructed in 2013 by Stephanie Phillips, Bady's grandniece, presumably from Bady's original. Each portrait is signed from the classmate to Bady. The students are identified with a typed caption below each photograph. A portrait at the front of the album shows Bady herself and is signed "To Mama, From Johnnie, Jan '45." The scrapbook also includes typed lyrics to the Vashon school song.
