Robert Freund, Jr.: Transcript DVD 1 (22 pp.), Transcript DVD 2 (7 pp.). Freund was the first CEO of the St. Louis Regional Health Commission, which was formed in 2001 to ensure the financial stability of the safety net and to develop an integrated health system that supports uninsured and vulnerable patients across the community. Jeanne Gibbons and Greta Todd: Transcript (26 pp.). Gibbons was the officer of corporation and foundation relations with the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation. Todd was the director of child health advocacy and outreach at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Martha Gragg: Transcript DVD 1 (24 pp.), Transcript DVD 2 (16 pp.). Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon appointed Gragg to the initial Missouri Foundation for Health board of directors in November 2000. She was a nurse and the CEO of the Sullivan County Memorial Hospital (Milan, Missouri) in 2000. At the time of the interview, Gragg was the Foundation’s vice-president for programs.
