General commission of the Common Pleas District of St. Charles, signed Wm. Harrison, Governor and Commander in Chief of the Indiana and of the District of Louisiana. We have appointed Francois Saucier, Arnaud Rutgers, Daniel Morgan Boon, Timothy Kibby, Francois Duquette, and Robert Spencer to be our justices of the common pleas for the district of St. Charles. Any three of them are empowered to hold court of record in that district on the first Tuesdays of July, October, January, and April.
