Will you have the deeds from Shultz and yourself properly signed and sent to me? What is the difficulty about our Sugar Creek claim? I wish you would not always write in a hurry. I do not wish to be encumbered with mill property but am willing to grant any facilities you may judge advantageous. Please have an account made of our standing with each other.
