Concerning the shipment of horses by Colonel Lewis Clark, which were supposed sold by Colonel Catherwood to Lewis’ father, but which are assumed to be contraband. Colonel Lewis swapped 4 contraband mules to Morgan Turney for 5 horses, then called them his.
