Letter signed J.C. Culbertson, Cincinnati, to Paul Anderson. I feel much disappointed. My opinion of Mrs. Biddle was never very favorable but I did not believe her dishonest. Why should she hesitate to allow books of her husband to be examined? Make any arrangement you think advisable. Gives his recollections of the deal. If matter is to be settled by suit let it be in St. Louis where so many persons are partially acquainted with the transaction. Harrison is still gaining here.
