Includes two items: Letter signed J.C. Culbertson, Mount Auburn, to Colonel P. Anderson, dated March 9, 1840. Above is copy of letter received from Mr. Tracy which will explain nature of due bills. I would suggest you consult with Mr. Lindell. I am also sure Major Biddle’s books will show the whole transaction. Enclosed is due bill on Captain Perkins which you will probably have to place in hands of an attorney for collection.
