I sold my interest in a mill to William Postile and took a certain tract of land lying in this country as security for payment. It is the same he purchased of Colonel Easton and which you have warranted the title. I have since understood there is some difficulty in the title, but you brother Joseph informs me there I no difficulty. Mr. Postile thinks the question of a poor title arose because he did not improve the land. Inform me correctly of the title, also of another tract lying in Montgomery County.
