Biographical Sketch
Annette Mandel is a 1978 graduate of Washington University School of Law and a member of the Missouri Bar. She received a B.A. from Knox College and also attended Northwestern University. She served as Creve Coeur mayor from 1997 to 2003 and has a wide range of experience working in a variety of companies. In a special election held on 5 February 2002, Mandel ran on as a Democrat for St. Louis County Council District 3. She lost to Republican candidate Richard “Skip” Mange.
