Biographical Sketch
The Gerhart Block is a two-story building at 3900-3908 Laclede Avenue in the city of St. Louis. It was built in 1896 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 30, 2003. The Gerhart Block consists of commercial and residential units. Realtor and rehabber Donald Yatkeman (1938-2012) owned the building.
