Biographical Sketch
Pat Hays Baer is an artist known for her scenes of St. Louis and her work with the St. Louis Section of the American Camping Association (now known as the American Camp Association). She received a degree in geography from Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville and in 1968 began helping the Landmarks Association of St. Louis to prepare surveys.
