Scope and Contents
The school friendship book is a scrapbook that documents Dorothy Roach’s time at Ben Blewett Junior High School and Soldan High School from 1923 to 1925. The book contains autographs, drawings, and notes of fellow students; newspaper clippings; clippings and pages from Scrippage, the Soldan High School student newspaper; issue of Scrippage, dated February 15, 1924; issue from The Junior Life, the Ben Blewett Junior High School student newspaper, dated November 9, 1923; and portrait photographs of Florence Bauer, Nina Howald, Mildred Jones, Virginia Butts, and Julia Gammons.
