The glossy leaflet, “Billings for Senate,” is printed on card stock and has a photo of Billings. The logo’s design includes a helicopter. One side of the leaflet lists Billings’ career accomplishments, and the other side lists the platform of issues on which she ran.

Biographical Sketch
Patrice F. Billings was the first woman in the country to become a helicopter pilot for a law enforcement agency, the St. Louis County Police Department. She was the chief pilot and certified flight instructor for the Metro Air Support Unit, a combined law enforcement unit serving St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. In 2018, Billings ran for Missouri’s 2nd Senatorial District seat against incumbent Senator Bob Onder. Billings is married to artist Brenda Fraser and resides in St. Charles County, Missouri.
