Let’s Be CLEAR is a guided six-week program of Williams and Associates, Inc. and Minority Health STL aimed at helping Black gay, bisexual, and queer men between the ages of eighteen and twenty-nine improve their daily behaviors to reduce the risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Program components include a personal mentor; free therapy sessions; substance misuse treatment, support, and recovery; free condoms and HIV/STI testing; a safe, non-judgmental space; and social activities like game nights, movie nights, and barbeques. Williams and Associates, Inc., founded in 2002 by Erise Williams Jr. and James Edward Green, is a community-based public health agency addressing minority health disparities and health equity. The mission of the agency is to provide public health education, prevention, wellness, and treatment interventions that address health disparities while promoting health equity for Black and other marginalized people.
