Biographical / Historical
The MO HIV Justice Coalition is a coalition of groups and individuals working to modernize outdated and stigmatizing HIV criminal laws in the state of Missouri. It is a project of Empower Missouri, formerly the Missouri Association for Social Welfare (MASW). The Coalition uses the slogan “Change the law. End the Stigma.”
