Biographical Sketch
Luther “Buddy” Banner, Jr. was born on November 20, 1970, to Edna and Luther Banner, Sr. He graduated from Hazelwood East High School and then from Central Missouri State University in 1993 with a degree in marketing. He died on October 30, 1993.
