Biographical Sketch
Anthony Edward ("Tony") Faust (1836-1906) was born in Prussia, and came to the United States in 1853. He established a popular restaurant in St. Louis known as Faust's Restaurant. He married Elizabeth Bischoff in 1865. Their son Edward A. Faust married Anna Louise ("Tolie") Busch, daughter of St. Louis brewer Adolphus Busch.
