- Saint Louis History Collection | Letter of B.H. Randolph, St. Louis, to Coffin & Weld. Send bill of lading for flour – all that could be shipped at the present stage of the water. The weather at present is very mild and has caused a thaw and there is a prospect of a rise in our river.
