Miscellaneous Pages, 1919-2010
Scope and Contents
The collection contains six pieces of paper found in the Kranz family books: Hill’s Manual, the family Bible, and Mother's Remedies (see MHS Library). The items date from 1919, 1921, circa 1930, 1938, and 2010, and are arranged chronologically.
It is unclear how these pieces of paper relate to the Kranz family. The earliest items are a 1919 certificate and a 1921 letter of recommendation for Mrs. G.B. Wilson. There is also a handwritten fragmentary note of dressmaking instructions from circa 1930, a 1938 Decoration Day memorial for an unidentified husband (black paper with white pen), and two pages of notes by Christa (no last name) created in 2010 with translations of recipes and a note about the family Bible.
