The collection is comprised of several programs, bylaws for a youth leadership award, and other ephemera related to OCA advocates St. Louis dating from 1997 to approximately 2014. The items are arranged chronologically. The earliest item is a list of chapter presidents from 1972 to 1997. There are bylaws for the Organization of Chinese Americans of St. Louis Youth Leadership Recognition Award, which was established in 1998 by Dr. and Mrs. William Tao. The 2010 Annual Banquet program lists the Youth Leadership recipients, special service recognitions, and lists of chapter officers. There is also a program for the fortieth anniversary celebration and fundraiser held on March 2, 2013.
