Scope and Contents
The collection contains five letters of Harry Kessler to Sidney Heiman, dated 1920-1921, written while he was a freshman at the Missouri School of Mines. The letters discuss his course work, school sporting events, and social life. One of the letters mentions the recent death of a senior football player, Eddie Bohn, who died as a result of a football injury sustained in a game between the Missouri School of Mines and the Warrensburg Normal School. The collection also contains two postcards from London and Paris, dated 1930, written by Aunt Florence to Sidney Heiman.
