House building contract between Maria M. Spoeri of St. Louis, Missouri, and Frank H. Warning of St. Louis. Agreement states that Mr. Warning "will take down and remove all injured walls & other parts, remove the debris, and repair, re-construct, alter and finish a certain brick dwelling house, no. 1627 Texas Avenue, partially destroyed by tornado." The agreement further states that Mrs. Spoeri has appointed Theodore J. Stille to be the architect and superintendent. Includes attached receipt of Frank Warning, carpenter and builder, 1428 Sullivan Avenue, to Mrs. Spoeri for extra work done, September 30, 1896., 1896 July 29
