The architectural drawings are blueline copies comprised of six numbered sheets dated from November to December 1978. The sheets include a site plan which shows the entire facility including the slide flumes and lower pool; floor plans and elevations for the building; various plans, details, and sections for the pool and building; and electrical and mechanical plans. There is also a logo for the business in the margins of the drawings.

A stamp on the verso of Sheet 6 provides the permit number issued by Peerless Park Building Commissioner, Rudolph Beuc, Jr. on December 20, 1978. It also lists James Kell and Mike Ingeam as owners and Charles Hoke as the builder.
