The Missouri Baptist General Association held its centennial meeting in St. Louis at the Municipal Auditorium (14th and Market St.) on 23-25 October 1934. The souvenir program of the Missouri Baptist General Association was printed by the Western Baptist Publishing Co. of Kansas City, Missouri, as an issue of The Word and Way (Vol LXXII, Number 15). The meeting slogan on the front cover reads, “A Century of Baptist Conquest.” In addition to the lists of events, the program includes select photographs of program participants (identified); news articles including A Hundred Years of Baptist History in Missouri by R. S. Douglass; and advertisements for colleges, associations, and commercial sponsors.
