States that (1) Henry Riehn has either left St. Louis or abandoned his barber shop and has not paid his debt to Adam Flickinger, and thus Flickinger has taken possession of Riehn’s barber shop; (2) Mrs. Henry Riehn, believing that her husband has left her and her child, agrees to sell her husband’s barber shop; (3) Flickinger has sold the barber shop to Louis Eiler; and (4) Mrs. Henry Riehn has received the proceeds from the sale of the barber shop.
