Letter states, “This is to certify that Dr. Adam Flickinger of this City has been instructed in and obtained a license for the use of ‘a new process of hardening and enameling osteoplastic fillings.’ Patented February 29, 1876. This license is not transferable but in full force for a period of five years from date.
