Typescript letter signed G.D.B. Miller, 1925 McCausland Road, St. Louis, to my dear Byars, in reply to a letter from Byars. Miller writes that the extract from Locke does not apply to this modern situation, and that the “machinery of the Church is quite effective as against the wicked world.” As an example, he references Bishop Potter and the Diocesan Convention of New York.
