Crunden, librarian, Public Library, St. Louis, to Mr. Byars, thanking Byars for a copy of “The Pools of Millburn,” and for compliments Byars had bestowed upon Crunden and the St. Louis Public Library. Crunden comments on the rapid growth of cardholders due to the elimination of a subscription fee.
