Letter of G.L. Bumbaugh, Indianapolis, Ind., to Arthur C. Hoskins, St. Louis. Has not entered balloon race, as he hopes to sell his balloon. Asks Hoskins to get a friend or two and buy the balloon. It is made of two ply diagonal rubber fabric and taped inside and out, and none could be made better.
